Overview

Emotional wellbeing means being comfortable, healthy or happy and includes other things such as how happy people are with their life. The Council and Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group are conducting an emotional wellbeing review for our children and young people and how we can support them across the City.

Why We Are Consulting

The findings of our consultation will help us plan future services for children and young people’s emotional wellbeing services in Wolverhampton.  

This survey is your chance to tell us your experience of emotional wellbeing services in the city and how these can be improve. We are looking for:

  • Children and young people between the ages of 0-18 and 25 with a special educational needs and disability (SEND)
  • Parents with a child or young person between the ages of 0-18 and 25 with a special educational needs and disability (SEND)
  • Professionals working with a child or young person between the ages of 0-18 and 25 with a special educational needs and disability (SEND)

All survey responses will be kept confidential and no identifiable information will be collected.
