Proposed Improvements to Play Area at Kingsclere Walk, Warstones Drive, Merry Hill

Overview

We are looking to upgrade the existing play area at Kingsclere Walk.

The play area has not been significantly upgraded for many years; however the necessary funds have been provided for this purpose, through a planning agreement relating to the development of new residential properties in the locality.

The available funds are sufficient to carry out a partial refurbishment, so we are looking to replace the play equipment which is approaching the end of its life expectancy, while allowing the play equipment which is still usable to remain.

Our proposed design is based on a blend of modern, attractive play equipment suitable for a wide range of ages and ability levels. New colourful safety surfacing will be installed to sit under the new play equipment.
