Oxley Health & Wellbeing Facility Patient and Community Engagement and Involvement Survey
Overview
Have your say about the development of a new Oxley Health & Wellbeing Facility
City of Wolverhampton Council is working with a wide range of stakeholders, including the local community, health care users and providers, to help shape future proposals for the new Oxley Health & Wellbeing Facility. A feasibility study for the scheme, supported by stakeholders, was conducted and feedback from the public at community events shaped the project design. Outline planning approval was subsequently granted for the modern health & wellbeing facility and new homes, which will sit on the site of the former, disused Oxley Day Training Centre on Probert Road. Demolition works have since been completed to pave the way for the new development.
The Health & Wellbeing Facility will bring together a number of partners and providers of health, social care, and wellbeing services to integrate and transform primary and community health and social care services. Involvement from all stakeholders, including the community and patients, is equally welcomed for the next phase.
