Resident Influence and Insight Strategy for Council Owned Housing

City of Wolverhampton Council is an ambitious landlord with nearly 22,000 properties within the city managed by Wolverhampton Homes, Bushbury Hill EMB, Dovecotes TMO and New Park Village TMC. 

Our Housing Strategy 2019 - 2024 is to deliver 'Better Homes for All' and the ambition to 'ensure safe and healthy homes’. To make sure we meet the needs and priorities of residents, we are committed to hearing as many views as possible and understanding people's experiences. 

We are developing a Strategy to set out how we will ensure residents influence decisions and services by engaging with people across the city, providing opportunities to get involved, and ensuring we understand your experiences.
