Tenancy Agreement Review
Overview
A tenancy agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords. This review relates to the tenancy agreement between Wolverhampton City Council, represented by their managing agents, and the tenant(s). It states the obligations of the tenant(s) and the Council and/or its agent(s) throughout the tenancy.
The Agreement was last reviewed in 2017. Since then, there have been changes to operational housing management in Wolverhampton, as well as changes to Housing Legislation and Regulation.
The aim of these changes is to ensure that the tenancy agreement stays up to date relating to housing legislation and regulation, and is fit for use locally in Wolverhampton.
Why your views matter
City of Wolverhampton Council is inviting tenants to share their views and feedback on the proposed changes to the Tenancy Agreement.
This consultation is running for 8 weeks and feedback from the consultation will be considered for the revised Tenancy Agreement.
