Welcome to a survey on tenant scrutiny and engagement. We are seeking your views that will help shape the future of tenant led scrutiny and engagement for City of Wolverhampton Council’s housing services.

Why your views matter

We’re looking for a service provider to help us deliver a tenant led scrutiny and engagement service for those who want to be involved in the scrutiny of the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Housing Services performance.

 

The service will be completely independent of both the Council and its Managing Agents and will be accessible to all Council tenants and leaseholders, the service provision must therefore reflect a variety of needs for all tenants and leaseholders.
