People Services are reviewing the Council's employee wellbeing and occupational benefits offer to better attract, retain, support and motivate employees to deliver against the priorities in Our City : Our Plan.

We value your feedback on the current benefits offered to ensure they meet your needs.  While we can't guarantee all suggestions will be implemented, your input is essential in shaping our future offerings.

Why your views matter

The survey is split into two main sections and we appreciate your feedback on all areas that you can respond to.  Your responses to this survey will remain anonymous in any future sharing of results or statements.  If you do choose to include your name this will be accessible to specific members within People Services and Data and Analytics but will NOT be shared further than this and any quotes will not be attributed to the individual respondent.
