What is the Annual EDI Survey?
As an organisation, City of Wolverhampton Council over the past few years has been on a journey with Equality Diversity and Inclusion. Promoting equality and tackling inequalities is at the heart of our goals at City of Wolverhampton Council. This can all be seen with our Equality Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, “Fair and Equal” being a cross cutting theme in Our City: Our Plan and a whole host of other changes that have been made across the organisation.
We now want to hear from all colleagues about their experience working at City of Wolverhampton Council; particularly around the theme of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
We want you to be as open and honest as you can be to share your views, please let us know what we have done well and what more we need to do.

What happens next
