Consultation on the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy
Overview
Every five years, the City of Wolverhampton Council must publish a Statement of Licensing Policy with respect to the exercising of our licensing functions.
Why your views matter
The Licensing Authority is required to consult with its stakeholders and other interested parties on its published statement of licensing policy as required by the Licensing Act 2003. This draft includes the Cumulative Impact Policy which is also being reviewed.
Every response will be documented and a summary presented to the Statutory Licensing Committee for their consideration in amending the draft proposed policy.
Please review the draft statement of licensing policy (including the Cumulative Impact Policy) or download a copy using the document link at the bottom of the page.
