Enforce wherever its licensed trade work and against unlicensed people in Wolverhampton.
Prevent discrimination against the public and trade.
Protect the right of the Hackney Carriage trade to stand and ply for hire.
Ensure accountability and transparency, to improve the reputation of the licensing authority.
Inform the trade, public and partner authorities about safe transport in the industry.
