Breast Screening Survey for patients attending Breast Screening at Sainsburys Car Park, Wednesfield

Overview

Previously, patients registered with your GP practice attended breast screening appointments at the mobile screening unit located at New Cross Hospital or Lower Green Health Centre. This time, you were invited to attend your appointment at the breast screening van situated in the Sainsbury’s car park at Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield.  

The survey aims to gather feedback from patients about your experience attending breast screening at at the new location. The goal is to understand how this change has impacted attendance, convenience, travel, and overall patient experience.
