Boots Flu Vaccination Vouchers 2022

Overview

We are pleased to be offering our corporate Flu Vaccination Scheme to  employees in 2022/23. 

To request a Boots Flu Vaccination voucher, please complete the questions below.

Once completed, you will receive a voucher via email within 5 working days.

You can redeem your voucher at any participating Boots Pharmacy.  While some Boots pharmacies do accept walk-ins, it is highly recommended to book an appointment in advance, either by calling your preferred branch or online via the link on your voucher.

Alternatively, employees who are eligible for a free NHS flu vaccination can access their vaccine via their GP, midwife or community pharmacy.
