IPC Service – Service User Consultation Survey

Overview

City of Wolverhampton Council commissions the Community Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Service and invites your feedback to help us understand how the service can best support your setting.  Your views are valuable and will directly inform the development and improvements of future service provision, helping ensure the IPC service continues to meet the needs of settings across Wolverhampton. 

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially and considered in aggregate.
