Patient Survey - Cervical Screening Enhanced Offer

Overview

GP surgeries in Wolverhampton are collaborating with City of Wolverhampton Council Public Health in a project aiming to improve uptake of cervical cancer screening appointments. They are offering initiatives such as weekend and evening clinics and more patient-friendly booking systems.

Following your recent cervical cancer screening appointment, you have been invited to take part in this survey to find out about your experience of booking and attending your appointment.

The survey will take around 10-15 minutes, and there is an option to expand further on your answers if you wish. The results of the survey will be anonymous and will feed into an evaluation of the project. This will be used to help improve cervical cancer screening services for Wolverhampton residents.

At the end of the survey, there will be the opportunity to enter a prize draw with the chance to win a £50 Love2shop voucher. Entry into the prize draw is optional.
