Overview

Public Health are currently in the process of consulting with stakeholders and reviewing the TB Service specification as part of the recommissioning of the service and would like to invite your views. Participants completing the short survey will remain anonymous unless they choose to leave their details at the end of the survey. The survey consists of brief questions and will take around 10 minutes to complete, depending on responses. The survey will remain open between the dates of 11th July and 22 July 2022. The survey will close at 5pm on Friday 22nd July.
