Made Waiting and Loading Restrictions on Church Road and Grove Lane

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (TETTENHALL) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 4) ORDER 2025

The proposed restrictions are required to make traffic move more efficiently, to improve access and visibility. Improving road safety for all road users.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Act or any regulation under the said Part III has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 18th February 2026 make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
