THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (TETTENHALL) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2025

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Act or any regulation under the said Part III has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 14th October 2025 make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
