Made Waiting and Loading Restrictions on Tremont Street

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (WEDNESFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2026

The restrictions are required in parts of Tremont Street, Grosvenor Street and Inkerman Street as part of a new development taking place. These measures are necessary to comply with planning conditions, ensuring the preservation of sightlines and safeguarding vehicle access for all road users within the newly developed estate.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III to the Act or any regulation under the said Part III has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 21st July 2026 make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
