Made Waiting restrictions on Dunstall Park Area

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (TETTENHALL) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2026

Dunstall Road, Dales Close, Paddock View and Viaduct Drive

The restrictions are required to:

• Reduce congestion caused by vehicles parked in inappropriate locations
• Improve the flow of traffic
• Address visibility issues
• Help safeguard vulnerable road users

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III to the Act or any regulation under the said Part III has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 16th June 2026 make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
