The City of Wolverhampton Council is undertaking formal consultation regarding proposed waiting restrictions to parts of Coventry Street.

The proposed restrictions are required in parts of Coventry Street to enhance the efficiency of the highway network and improve safety for all road users. Concerns have been raised over inappropriate parking along sections of Coventry Street, which has resulted in restricted access for road users. The Order will prohibit waiting at specific locations to maintain clear access, improve traffic flow and help safeguard vulnerable road users.
