THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 15) ORDER 2023

The City of Wolverhampton Council is undertaking formal consultation regarding amended waiting restrictions in parts of Cooper Street.

The proposed amendments to the restrictions are required to address concerns that have been raised by a business stating that existing parking on Cooper Street is obstructing access to their premises, which is required by the business at any time, seven days a week.

Previous restrictions implemented on Cooper Street in 2022 unfortunately did not fully resolve the business access issues.
