Proposed Waiting Restrictions on Hickman Avenue

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2026

The City of Wolverhampton Council is undertaking formal consultation regarding this Traffic Regulation Order that is being proposed to formally establish the existing waiting restrictions on parts of Hickman Avenue and Cross Street (Eastfield). 

The implementation of this Order will then enable Civil Enforcement Officers to lawfully undertake enforcement action against any vehicles found to be parking in contravention at this location.
