All Age Carers Strategy - Carers aged 18-25 years

Closes 14 Jan 2022

Opened 25 Nov 2021

Overview

City of Wolverhampton Council want to talk to young people ages 18 – 25 about their experience of ‘caring’ so we can make sure the right support services are in place and caring does not have a negative impact on their lives

Why your views matter

We need to talk to young carers about their caring role to better understand their lives, their needs and what would improve their quality of life and enable them to continue caring. The conversation will be shaped by eight themes:

  • Understanding the role
  • Information and support
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Education, work, and social life
  • Thinking about the future
  • Covid-19
  • Technology
  • About you
