Patient and Community Engagement and Involvement Survey
Have your say about the development of a new Bilston Health & Wellbeing Facility
City of Wolverhampton Council is working with a wide range of stakeholders including the local community, health care users and providers to help shape future proposals for the new Bilston Health & Wellbeing Facility.
The scheme was given the green light at a meeting of Full Council in July 2023 following a series of community engagement events at Bilston market, WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams leisure centre, Bilston Urban Village, local GP surgeries and health clinics, and online.
Following community and stakeholder support and involvement in the project design, an outline planning application was submitted earlier this summer. The outline planning application sought approval for a modern health & wellbeing facility, public realm and vehicle parking.
Planners have now approved the proposal to develop the state of the art health and wellbeing facility on the council owned site, adjacent to the WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams leisure centre and Bilston Urban Village medical centre.
The Health & Wellbeing Facility will bring together a number of partners and providers of health, social care, wellbeing and leisure services to integrate and transform primary and community health and social care services.
Get involved and have your say about the new state of the art Bilston Health & Wellbeing Facility. Feedback and ideas can be shared by completing this online survey.
