Overview

We are looking at our sexual healthcare in Wolverhampton and your views are important in helping us. We aim to make sure you know how to find the advice and services you need to help you make the right sexual and reproductive choices for you.

What’s the purpose

This survey aims to help us identify people’s understanding and experience of sexual health which to us develop how we deliver sexual healthcare in Wolverhampton. Sexual relationships and sex are a normal part of all societies and good sexual health is important. Getting the right information and access to support when you need it is key.

What’s involved?

The survey will ask questions about your attitudes and experiences of sexual health and will ask you questions in relation to:

  • Getting information about and accessing sexual health
  • Condom use
  • Sexually transmitted infections
  • Contraception
  • Sexual Health services

We are asking questions to the whole population of Wolverhampton and understand that not all questions will relate to you depending on your sexual relationship, orientation and experience. Please skip any questions which you do not feel apply to you.

What are the possible risks and disadvantages?

We are trying to get the most accurate picture we can so please answer honestly. Because sexual health topics can be sensitive, some questions could make you uncomfortable. You do not have to answer anything that you do not want to, and you can stop the questionnaire at any time.

If any of the questions cause you distress, please visit the Embrace website for support and guidance.
