Made 20mph Speed Limit Order On Walda Drive

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (WEDNESFIELD) (WALDA DRIVE) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

The restrictions are required to comply with a planning condition for a new development taking place on Old Fallings Crescent in order to help improve road safety for all road users and to help reduce the speed of all types of vehicles travelling along Walda Drive.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III to the Act or any regulation under the said Part III has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 20^th January 2026 make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
