THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 2) ORDER 2025 

The Road Safety Team carries out an annual review of local roads, assessing factors which include vehicle speed and volume of vehicles per day, collision severity, and collision rates where injury to a person has occured. Locations identified as presenting the highest risk to road users are prioritised 
for safety improvements. 
 
A detailed study of the B4484 Willenhall Road has identified nineteen injury collisions in the latest three year review period, four of which resulted in serious injuries. As a result, this route has been prioritised for treatment through the Local Safety Scheme Programme for 2025/26.
