THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON) (OXFORD STREET) 
(MANDATORY LEFT TURNS) ORDER 2026. 

Any  person  who  wishes  to  question  the  validity  of  the 
Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the 
relevant  section  of  the  Act  or  on  the  ground  that  any 
requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III 
and IV of Schedule 9 to the Act or any regulation under the 
said Part III has not been complied with may, within six 
weeks of 24 February 2026 make an application for the 
purpose to the High Court.
