Opened 18 Sep 2019

Results expected 22 Jan 2020

Overview

Every five years, the City of Wolverhampton Council must publish a Statement of Licensing Policy with respect to the exercising of our licensing functions and publish this statement before the beginning of the validity of the licence.

Why your views matter

The Licensing Authority is required to consult with its stakeholders and other interested parties on its published statement of licensing policy as required by the Licensing Act 2003.

Every response will be documented and a summary presented to the Statutory Licensing Committee for their consideration in amending the draft proposed policy.

Please review the draft statement of licensing policy or download a copy using the document link at the bottom of the page.
